Overall Satisfaction with RXNT

We use RXNT to hold client information, record encounters, and to bill medicaid.

Pros

  • Clean look
  • Well organized
  • Somewhat user friendly
  • Resourceful
  • Edge cutting

Cons

  • Initial implementation - I do not feel we've received a good implementation.
  • More time with something like an "account executive" to walk up through all the way to our first billing encounter.
  • RXNT keeps us organized and is the nuclei of our organization.
There were some things that were a little complicated to learn to do but once taught, it made it easier. Although there is learning material and videos to find out how to do things in RXNT, the material can be EXTREMELY overwhelming and then not be as effective as someone walking me through specifically what I need in real-time.
A better deal financially and a lot cleaner in presentation.

The help after realising that my onboarding experiences were not the best was exceptional! Jessica and Karen have been gems in the process of helping us with things we did not even know we needed for billing. We didnt even have CBT billing codes put in our account until about 9 months in. And thats because we just did not know.
