Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
It is heavily used on my team for all kinds of business approvals right from claim reimbursement to insurance claims as well.
- UI is very clean.
- Good visibility on all the tasks created.
- The team finds it a very easy to use the tool.
- Good automation of processes.
- Pricing is slightly on the higher side.
- More functionalities can be added.
- Sometimes we face problems in attaching files.
- Doesn't show the manager name in approval flow.
- Faster approvals.
- More transparency.
- Ease of onboarding new teams.
