able to solve complex commission requirements
ability to attach Stage Hook as additional processing logic

Cons

Database performance and CPU performance monitoring to alert customer when encountering very heavy load consistently.
Yearly overall system health check to ensure DB and CPU are fully optimized.

Usability

overall solution is very good, but we sometime encounter performance issue.
