At Kyndryl we replaced 100 % legacy with SAP Sales Performance Management solutions for SAP SuccessFactors (SPM). The solution is deployed across all countries we operate in (55 countries) and calculate the incentive payments for how 3400 sellers.

Pros

  • Single application for the e2e process for incentives - from planning to calculation.
  • User experience is improved and all information is in a single system
  • Data refresh is being done in an acceptable fast way.

Cons

  • Data needs to be searched in multiple workspaces vs one integrated view in UI.
  • Embedded Analytics reports and workflows require skilled developers
  • IT expense reduction by 90 %
