Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

My organization uses SAP Advanced Workflow to support the onboarding, recontracting, credentialing and appointment of brokers. Additionally, we use the SAP Agent Performance Management (APM) to store the broker's demographics, credentialing information and process the broker's payout.

Pros

  • Support highly customizable businness rules to process multiple payout structures/plans
  • Supports integration with external upstream/downstream applications via APIs/SSO
  • Enables business to self service different operational tasks involved with the broker's payout

Cons

  • Agent Performance Management (APM) should provide ability to perform Book of Business Transfers
  • SAP should come up with a tool to streamline deployments from testing environments to production
  • Formal APM training classes should be offered to customers
  • Workflow Advanced scripts used throughout entire application should be improved/optimized to avoid latency/timeout related issues.
  • APM has enabled Healthfirst to grow the Medicare line of business from 0 to more than 40% of the entire book of business.

  • 99% accuracy commissions payout

APM has allowed Healthfirst to process the producer's payout without interruption since the Medicare channel was launched in 2020.
APM has supported the grow of the Medicare products and APM supports the configuration of different payment plan structures. This has enabled the organization to meet to different business objectives.
