I think the platform really helps with variable payment calculations. Its processing capacity and the rules you can configure and modify allow the organization to be dynamic and adaptable to KPI adjustments at any moment. Additionally, the integrations with other platforms guarantee data quality throughout the information flow.On the other hand, we have identified some deficiencies in the platform, such as connectivity issues with SuccessFactors when receiving information. Additionally, the analytics module (in SAC) has performance issues and limitations in visualizations due to the lack of role restrictions.I would like to emphasize the services provided by SAP, as we have reported these issues, but I do not believe the follow-up has helped us resolve our concerns.
