I am an implementation partner for Incentive Management. I work with a variety of different clients to improve their pay processes and make sure that the system is easy to use for admins and users

Pros

  • Consistently calculating accurate payments
  • versioning
  • Admin reporting

Cons

  • user integration between Workflow and the rest of the environment on GCP
  • adding conditional suppression on reports in EA would be amazing! Especially as we are doing the oracle-hana migrations, this is a huge product gap that leads to turning one crystal report into from 2-40 different reports
  • Inventory Management (IM) has dramatically reduced the amount of time that our clients spend answering questions
I have not run into anything you can't do in Inventory Management (IM)
for our clients, it has automated account assignment, which was previously the full time task of a resource
generally, I find it easy to use. sometimes things are difficult if they are in areas that I don't use frequently
