Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

It's mainly implementing the commissions for customers, extracting data and pushing data into the products.

Pros

  • Flexibility
  • Performance flexibility on the main two.

Cons

  • It needs additional functionality. You wanted to go a little more detail. It needs more, more functions added to the base rule set.
  • I think all of those plus auditability, traceability and just, it gives the sales people a much better picture of what's going on.
As I mentioned earlier, additional features could be added, which would would've brought it up to maybe a nine or a 10.
It certainly helps to drive the sales organization because it shows them how much they're making and basically it lets them know on an item by item level how much money they're going to get.
The user interfaces can be difficult. It takes a lot of getting used to.
