Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Salesforce Analytics is being used to keep track of all aspects of sales and marketing in conjunction with several apps. It has helped with forecasting and keeping historically accurate data.
  • Easy to use
  • Very secure
  • Surprisingly good on mobile
  • Cost
  • Could be better out of the box
  • A lot of time spent building dashboards
It's one of the few analytic programs used for my org and is a good baseline for what we will choose to use in the future.
It's best for simple quick analytics. For more complex insights it takes a bit of manipulating.
