Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Management of daily employee activities, a summary of work performances and setting goals. Identifying inefficiencies in an effort to automate operations where it makes sense to do so.
  • Dashboards are relatively easy to build once you get used to it.
  • Engagement monitoring.
  • The Accuracy of data.
  • Support of Unlimited Edition.
  • Cost is quite high if you don’t immediately begin to customize it to your individual department and even roles.
  • Must have a trusted Salesforce Admin who knows simple coding and setting formula criteria.
  • Not fully functional with Salesforce Classic.
Very strong, but again once you’re tied into Salesforce, you’re quite stuck so begin learning how to optimize its use personally very quickly. Otherwise, you’ll be depending on very expensive consultants who don’t always have your best interest in mind.
It is well suited for:

  • Using dashboards
  • Engagement monitoring
  • Accuracy of data

It is lacking in the following areas:

  • Cost
  • Coding knowledge required
  • Functionality
