Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud
All analysts use Salesforce Analytics Cloud. As an analyst, I create reports either for myself or for stakeholders who request them. It hosts the majority of the data for our organization.
Pros
- The user interface is easy to use. Most people in the organization can get started and use the product after a bit of training.
- It is easy to share reports across the organization. The site also allows other users to edit and save reports created by others.
Cons
- The report export function is not optimal. Sometimes, it will not export to a specific format.
- The platform does not allow the advanced user to query directly from the backend database.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
Microsoft Dynamics CRM has more modern user interface. However, Salesforce Analytics Cloud is more smooth in terms of functionality and user support.
