Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com is used across the entire company. It is a vital part of our business as we use it operationally in addition to data gathering.
  • Total customizations, giving a little more from a product that started as a database.
  • Very easy to use interface.
  • Automations help create efficient workflows.
  • From time to time there may be performance issues, but only during higher than normal usage.
  • Some bugs happen beyond our control in house, but that's to be expected with anything.
  • Email/Case interface is a bit dated.
  • Positives are we were able to consolidate a few roles with Salesforce automations, giving us human resource to focus on other projects.
  • Salesforce cases are confusing at times.
  • When something goes down, our entire business takes a hiccup.
Never needed or used a competitor
Salesforce.com is great for any web based business; may not be as well suited for a brick and mortar business.
