Salesforce is being used by both national and local sales teams as well as corporate users managing enterprise business processes.
- Workflow and business processes
- Integrations with services like D&B
- Deployments/Release Management can always be improved
- Availability of Data to Sandboxes is way too limited; should be able to move sample info even Developer editions.
- We have been able to revamp the Credit Approval process and close the sales process faster.
- We bring visibility to our A/R and Credit amounts in a single place to help manage the customer relationship by both driving more sales (when there is capacity) or better collections (when there isn't).
