Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Salesforce Commerce Cloud is used by my organization to manage marketing forecasts, merchandising, content, promotions, customer service, fulfillment, and artificial intelligence. It is typically used by one Marketing Department we deployed it to. It addresses the problem of having multiple sporadic applications that don't communicate with each other. Salesforce succeeds in integrating all of their products like a Lego System.

- The training can be new to learn, and will take time if you are making the switch but it is worth it
SAP is the worst program I have ever used. Salesforce is the modern and better alternative. Scalability, reliability, customer service. We had to have our own outside team to handle SAP issues all the time. Honestly, this is why we made the switch. Customer support for Salesforce is amazing. SAP looks like it came out of 1999
