Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce CMS

We use Salesforce CMS as our main CRM tool wherein we have all the business needs in one place, it also help me in terms of the reports that I am using every business reviews that I have with the clients. It is very easy to use and very secured.

I really love using Salesforce as it is very user friendly and easy to understand once you get a hold of it. I used to use this tool as well from my previous account that I am handling and comparing to the other CRM tool, this is the most straightforward one.
With Salesforce you can easily create your own dashboard with just a click of a button compared to Zendesk there are a lot of things you need to do first to create your first dashboard most of the time it will not show all of the data that you need. But with Salesforce it is very easy to create reports.

For me it suits me well in terms of my report creation, you can create custom reports based on the data that you need to present with just one click. Data exported are also real time so there is no need to wait for a long time to generate the reports needed.
