Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Sales Cloud

We use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track all of our prospects, current customers, and former customers within the Salesforce ecosystem. We log all of our contacts, communications with customers, and opportunities for both new business deals and all of our renewals.

  • Higher overall deal values
It is very easy to scale with Salesforce Sales Cloud because everything is easy to search for globally throughout the system. You can keep adding on new objects and new fields over time with different page layouts for different user profiles. The customizations are endless and it makes the product really flexible.

For tracking an opportunity from the very first lead source through to becoming a customer and tracking renewal opportunities, Salesforce Sales Cloud does a great job and keeping all of that information contained and easy to find. It also does well with the CPQ integration to build in quoting and products directly into the system so the sales team can build out quotes and we can use approval processes internally to ensure all quotes are generated properly, have the approved discounts, etc.
