Overall Satisfaction with Salsa CRM

It is used as our donor software for donations and communications.

Pros

  • Robust database.

Cons

  • Donors cannot update their own information - credit cards, amount of donation, address information.
  • Integrity of the data.
  • Once the numbers are in, the database works well.
Because Salsa Engage was part of the suite.
