Overall Satisfaction with Samsara for Fleets

Samsara is currently being used in order to track our vehicles and has been very helpful ensuring that our trucks are kept up to date with maintenance as well as secure the safety of our employees by maintaining video records of all road incidents and issues that have occurred while on delivery routes.

  • Video monitoring of road and cab activity.
  • GPS tracking of vehicle location.
  • More integrations with other tracking applications specifically DispatchTrack.
  • Mobile admin app.
  • Being able to track our vehicles and anticipate delays.
We haven't used any of the other competing software available on the market. Part of the reason we went with Samsara was because they are typically viewed as the best in the industry and we wholeheartedly agree with that sentiment. We have spoken to multiple other businesses in our area that utilize their services.
Great support team. Always available by chat, phone, email. They have always answered our questions and issues that we've had with the software. I'm thankful to have such a quality team to back their product. I was surprised by the level of access and transparency they offer to their customer service team to share with us.

Samsara is a great tool for tracking our vehicles and also for being able to view video footage to prevent and review incidents on the road. The front facing and cab facing cameras are invaluable to ensure the safety of our employees and prioritization of our customers. We have used the footage multiple times.
