In our organization a key reason to move to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is because you can seamlessly integrate a wide variety of cloud and on-premise data sources into one cloud solution. Our SAC demo has a live data connection that can connect to a remote system S4/HANA 1809.
  • Increased analytical capabilities
  • Simple use for ad hoc reports and analysis.
  • Use SAP Analytics Hub as the only access point in the analysis with many sources of information
  • A problem we have is split queries because the limit is 800,000 lines.
  • Increase the sources of information from other databases or systems
  • More clarity in the security of the system, roles and users
  • SAP SAC is better mobile capabilities
  • Cognos does not have financial reporting

Yes - The problem we had was related to dynamic filters which were requested from the SAC development team so that they could be included in subsequent improvements, which arrived six months after they were reported. We are satisfied with the solutions they have given us.

The constant improvements that have been made with respect to the initial version are really very good and are improving every day.
We had a problem with the creation of a report that generated a lot of information and in the end there was an error in the system, an incident was raised in SAP Support and the SAC team worked very well for the solution, it escalated with the development team and provided a solution to generate splits in the queries which improved the report in time and without presenting errors.
