Yes - The problem we had was related to dynamic filters which were requested from the SAC development team so that they could be included in subsequent improvements, which arrived six months after they were reported. We are satisfied with the solutions they have given us.

We had a problem with the creation of a report that generated a lot of information and in the end there was an error in the system, an incident was raised in SAP Support and the SAC team worked very well for the solution, it escalated with the development team and provided a solution to generate splits in the queries which improved the report in time and without presenting errors.
