Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

SAP Analytics Cloud helps in presenting and augmenting data in a better manner. It helps us to have a structured and streamlined approach to our organization. Different teams and functional units work in a coordinated way thanks to SAP Cloud, which allows us scalability of our existing resources and has a complete picture.

  • Some of the focus areas should be easy integration with communication platforms
  • There is still some scope of UI to be more user friendly
  • More accurate forecasting
  • More visualisation of data
Overall it does the job pretty well by performing what is expected. The reporting and dashboards work well.

As mentioned previously - the UI should be more user-friendly and possible integration with different platforms. There should be also some of AI - being implemented to provide unknown insights into the data.
