Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

We use SAC for reporting frontend from BW and HANA native data.
Shortly we will start with planning prototype.

Pros

  • connect to BW
  • supports self service
  • supports authorizations

Cons

  • customizing applications (like Lumira)
  • limited publications
  • replaced unsupported SAP enterprise portal
  • will try to explore planning capabilities
Its easy to use, but still lacking some advanced features (application designer).
