Overall Satisfaction with SAP Analytics Cloud

Used for budget processing and limited reporting at this time

Pros

  • Graphs
  • Ability to drill back to detail but have summary at the beginning

Cons

  • Getting started is very difficult
  • Training was not as simple
  • Not as intuitive to start
  • Replaced a legacy budgeting function but still very manual
  • Due to poor set-up, usage is minimal.
  • Due to initial set-up, want to push reports but functionality is very arduous.
User experience is very manual and training is lacking

From the demonstrations, it has the ability to be a very powerful and can be distributed to executives - in a pull method.

It does not currently have set-up to do large volume of push.
