Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

In our organization, We are using it for non merch procurement with CIG (cloud integration gateway), SAP Ariba is very useful for invoice replication which streamlined and in sync both the systems SAP and SAP Ariba. If SAP Ariba can handle merch process as well that would be great to have functionality. SAP Ariba is really useful application and can be recommended to other customers.
