Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

We use SAP Ariba for supplier registration, onboarding, RFQs, Workflow , Logistics, Invoicing and Analytics. The business problems the product addresses is that it brings the buyers and suppliers on one platform, allows the suppliers to fill in all their details and makes it easy for the buyer to send for quotations and choose the supplier and allows the buyer and supplier to track the PO, the logistics and raise the invoice in one platform enabling flexibility and ease of use.

It is the most sought out of solution and has the integration with SAP which is the added advantage. Most customers know SAP Ariba and its an advantage

Ease of use for the suppliers who can log in at anytime, can update their information anytime, view their purchase orders, the invoice payment all under one roof which is a lot of time saved

SAP Ariba is very well suited for plug an play scenarios.From Supplier Registation to onbording to POs it has a smooth flow. Less appropriate when there are customizations involved. A customer will look to add more customisations to his landscapes, ask for more features and all this needs to enabled
