Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba

For procurement purpose means all type of invoices ,receipts(goods) we are using SAP Ariba

Pros

  • Process Flow from PR to Invoice
  • Approval flow at all levels
  • Receiving documents from SAP and updating Paid status after paying

Cons

  • Partial invoice not working in GR based invoice means some times we will create GR with 1 quantity and create multiple invoices under same GR because of no clarity in GR and IR Line Items.
  • Asset work bench for N-AUC postings
  • GR and IR reconciliation issues

easy to order lot of things using approval flow . easy to generate reports for particular period of type and able to attach the documnets and receiving receipt/PO/Invoice status like paid and document number from SAP as well

Process flow ,Auditing needs process flow so no issues with process flow.
easy to order lot of things and following Account Payable flow from PR to invoice by avoiding manual process in SAP.
1 GR and multiple invoices and No of Assets creating and posting in SAP in N-AUC postings in GR based invoices,
