Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

We use Guided Buying. We challanging in the implementation of sourcing and contracting in combination with central procurement.

  • tiles structures
  • Connect the operational Ariba contracts completly with S/4 contracts
  • company hierarchies in SLP and relation in according to the mdg
  • Implementation of a good search engine
  • Search engine
  • Automatic recommendation for the users
  • Better date of the SBN to use it in SLP/MDG and catalogs
  • Equally contracts in Ariba and S/4
  • Save time in the invoicing process
  • Arbia is easier and more intuitve than an SAP RFQ
  • More spend control
The search and its results are essentially and they are not good enough.
We need a better connection of the different modules to build good solutions for our users

The idea and vision is really good. We are struggeling in the implementation of the different solutions. We are getting confuesed about the roadmaps and new names for function an modules.
