Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

<we use the system for onboarding, contract management and purchasing and invoicing

Cons

  • mobile app invoice approvals
  • contract effective date needs to be able to be invoiced after
  • requisitions
  • contract backed invoicing
  • invoice routing
  • position as we move to a no po no pay culture
  • positive as we apply purchasing policy to purchase flows
  • positive to allow for approval workflows to align with business policy
its super user friendly. <however, some standard needs are not addressed or not available. <sometimes things will be available and then after an update not be available anymore and then we have to scramble for a work around

ease of use as we begin to roll out more modules, ease of use is paramount to assuring adoption is successful within and outside procurement
SAP Ariba Procurement is much more user friendly and easy control and configurations
