Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

We use SAP Ariba Procurement for GR and SR functionalities The overall functionality regarding procurement and invoicing is quite nice and is used by us. It is a cloud based product which ensure high level of availability without any support efforts on our side, we he RFB can be issued online and the vendors can submit the response online without much issues

Ariba is doing overall good but sap support to the application needs to improve overall it is on the SAP roadmap as a replacement for SRM

Procurement self-service - Ariba can be used quite well for procurement scenarios invoicing RFB process - as this is a cloud based solution, availability is quite high and the vendors can submit the response online without the usual pen and paper stuff GRN - goods and service receipt is another area where we use Ariba for automated GRN process
