Overall Satisfaction with SAP Build

SAP Build is a business application development tool which we have mainly used for accelarating development and automating with its latest generative AI tools. It provides the complete solution with comprehensive suite of low code and pro code. It also provides cloud ready extensions that maximises our investments across app ecosystem.

  • It automates the entire business solution with its generative AI tools
  • It can also build digital workspace without any code
  • It provides secure authentication and authorization and also scales up pretty well.

Cons

  • Firstly there is a scope to reduce the pricing so that it can be more affordable.
  • The customer support team is bit slow so it takes some time to get the answers for your queries.
  • The integration is not so straightforward and it takes good amount of time.
  • After using SAP Build we were able to develop products 20% faster than earlier
  • It has also increased our revenue by 15%
  • Our developer team is using this from past 1 year and we were able to reduce the churn by 10%
Yes we have integrated SAP Build with other applications such as sap commerce and sap sales. By doing this we were able to re use the same code and solution everywhere thus reducing the time and effort of developers of multiple other teams. It also provided clear idea for us to track each and every client thoroughly.
SAP Build's workflow and automation capabilities helped us very largely because earlier we used to do lot of things manually like testing, writing automation scripts, deployments and pipeline setup. After migrating to SAP Build we didn't spend any time in these things and it helped us to focus on the actual development part instead.
We gave this rating mainly because of its ease of use and developer friendly interface. Even though you are not from coding background, you can easily start working on this due to its low code and pro code. It also helps us to detect the errors in our flow by suggesting the correct measures.

It also creates and auguments enterprise apps quickly and visually with low code development tools. It breaks down silos by giving cross functional teams tools to develop applications easily.
