As a supplier, we use SAP Business Network (SBN) to digitally connect with our customers and streamline the entire order‑to‑invoice process. The platform serves as a single, standardized channel for exchanging business documents and maintaining real‑time visibility into transactions.

  • The portal UI can feel outdated and unintuitive for occasional users.

  • Electronic invoicing and real-time status tracking have shortened payment cycles, improving working capital and reducing disputes.
  • Meeting large customers’ compliance and digital collaboration requirements has strengthened relationships and positioned us for additional business.
