Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SAP BTP Platform to deploy and run our enterprise applications and services. The best part I liked in this platform is the ease to manage and operate. Instead of focusing on the Infra, I can focus more on my code and applications. Just a single command CF PUSH does the job easy. Also, this platform has more feasibility to use their marketplace services. As a service provider, we highly recommending our customers to use SAP BTP due to its ease of usage and highly availability. I never experienced any unintimated downtime of our applications.

Earlier we use to run our enterprise applications/services on on-premise which involves a lot of operations cost and maintenance and then we switched to SAP BTP platform which helped us to decrease the man power efforts and increased the deployment performance of our applications. Now we are highly recommending this platform to all our clients.

Support Rating

I should say that their response and support on the support tickets are appreciable. I always find a solution from the support team. Along with the support, I do receive the recommendations to improve our applications runtime performance.

It is very well suited for small and below middle level organizations to run their enterprise applications as running a CloudFoundry platform with own Infrastructure involves lots of cost. Ease to deploy the applications and managing them once after deployed. It does not requires a separate operations team to operate and manage the platform which is again cost saving to the company.
