Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We primarily use Integration Suite- CPI and API management

Pros

  • Integration of Data
  • API Development and Publication
  • Complex Flows

Cons

  • Logging
  • End to End Monitoring
  • Visibility to Payloads
  • Decreased Build time
  • Content use is better
We have connected various SAP products like SuccessFactors, Hybris Commerce and C4C and they integrate well
Weekend Support is very poor
Evaluated them for Salesforce Integration but we wanted a single integration platform and went with BTP
