Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

SAP Business Technology Platform in our organization supports in integration of many Services and Build Apps. Develop Custom Apps for IBP application and other SAP Cloud & ABAP applications. I work more on the Security administration area, the challenges I face; - No Mass Update of User access - No import of User access

Pros

  • Seamless integration and data flow through Cloud application
  • Ease of use from installation to deployment
  • Performance excellent

Cons

  • Security Administration - Mass setup of Users
  • Security Administration - Global level administration for all Subaccounts
  • Global level report for all Subaccounts in regard to Users, Role Collections
  • Better User experience with the Audit Log funciton
  • Decreased build times for applications, improved data analysis, improved automation, improved connectivity among applications both in and out of the SAP ecosystem
SAP Business Technology Platform is already live in our company and love its functionality from planning to deployment of services. Build Apps, Build Process Automation and WorkZone functions are the best.
Our CSM & CSP are always available for any go to issue or request.
I have seen and used at least one use case - SAP Build App, Build Code, Build Process Automation and WorkZone.
