SAP Business Technology Platform provides very flexible way to integrate SAP systems with 3PL. Specially with integration suit and event Mesh. For example if you need to integrate SAP's Order process with 3PL delivery, you can use pre delivered events which can be used by integration suite and event Mesh to publish the content to 3 PL at same time there is great scope of improving from pricing prospective.

SAP needs to improve a lot on delivering on services. SAP is product company and does really well in delivering business content as part of its SAP S4, B4, ECC and historical products. However SAP Business Technology Platform is service oriented offering. SAP needs to improve its service offering for example any issues / intake is through old ticketing system which is cumbersome and time consuming.
