We use SAP Business Technology Platform for analytics and datasphere for our data fabric. Datasphere is a strategic product for our AI ambitions

  • Detailed support can be difficult to find. This has caused some problems where we have had business impact.

  • Better integration with data lake products
We are starting to investigate the standard content
Account management are great and very engaged, i find if i can direct issues through account management I get good support but using SAP for me can get me support levels that are relatively poor. This can be frustrating.
