easy to setup and decom

Troubleshooting on connectivity
provide more flexible on logs
support docs and SAP Notes

Return on Investment

Building new APPs and integrating is difficult
building new Instances and SAP provided Software is easy
Easy to control user and access

We find some time difficult with product troubleshooting and support from sap is very hard . The documentation from SAP is very bad for new products . When we raise ticket with sap it will take so much time to resolve on SAP Business Technology Platform platform . Most of the time we spend with application support if any issue raise with new products
