Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

In our organization, SAP BTP serves as a central platform for integrating, extending, and innovating on top of our core SAP systems (such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors). We leverage its capabilities across data management, application development, and process automation.

Pros

  • Seamless Integration Across Systems.
  • Extending SAP Applications Without Modifying the Core.

Cons

  • Limited Low-Code/No-Code Flexibility.
  • Improvement required - Broader component library.
  • Improvement Required - Advanced logic handling in visual workflows.
  • HIGH ROI.
  • Reduced Downtime & Revenue Protection.
  • Increased Productivity.
No product can fulfill 100% of the company's process; however, this tool is very close to our goal and vision.
We only face issues during critical times when problems arise in the pipeline roadmap, and at those moments, we do not receive adequate support or clear answers.
I have seen but not used the use cases - Although we are aware of the SuccessFactors integration with S/4HANA for Payroll, we have not yet implemented or utilized it.
