SAP Business Technology Platform Review at [...] Louiville KY Nov 2025

We were able to integrate a few non sap solutions that our plants used like TRACK, ARIBA and were able to track errors or failures in a much better way then previously. This helped in lower resolution times for our Plants and Work management group and eventually led to a better confidence and adaption of SAP for multiple users in the Plants especially using Mobile Devices like iPads etc.

Everytime we have have run into intergration issues or trouble shooting some complex work flows and have opened messages with SAP, they have come back quickly and helped us in finding a solution or pointing to the right group within SAP or outside that has helped reduce the overall time for trouble shooting and giving confidence in our business teams to use SAP.

I think for scenarios where exchange of data is in multiple formats SAP Business Technology Platform is a boon and for areas that get data from multiple data sources it would be a great place to consolidate that view. Also for generating flow charts for the business or IT process its very well build and capable. For scenarios where we have one to one interaction with our customer or a system it might be too much data on screen and can be distracting.
