Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

BTP provides very good option for business to integrate their process and technology to use side by side or RAP platform
we use it in Bosch intensively for Small claim management , warranty to ordering process

Still there are lot of clarity required for developer under what scenarios can be used
Also integration should be seem less
I have seen but not used the use cases
