Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We moved to S4 HANA on the public cloud and needed to integrate existing legacy systems in-house with the public cloud. Using the SAP Cloud Connector and the BTP integration suite, we achieved this.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Out of the box connectors in particular for SAP products.
Architect the workflow as simple or complex as you need.

Cons

Error messages are still in an XML attachment, and for some reason, are really difficult to extract and decode into plain text for the user to understand.

Return on Investment

We were able to continue with our existing business processes by integrating SAP BTP to legacy systems without manual processes.

Usability

Using SAP BTP process automation, we automated invoice processing with AI document recognition.
