Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud ERP
I am a Super User, so I train the finance team how to use the SAP Cloud ERP system
Pros
- Find reports with search
- Help menu located in the transaction when needed
- Export list to Excel
Cons
- Exporting reports to Excel is not always available
- Finding transaction on the home screen can be challenging
- better visibility into financial reporting
- takes a lot of time to refresh BW reports for the close
- Interface jobs can run as needed without interruptions to business
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
Our company has over 100 integration that feed into the general ledger and we need to make sure they feed correctly while also understanding the "what went wrong", while also being able to understand the SAP Cloud ERP system in general to train new hires and ourselves as we add new business and needs.
SAP Cloud ERP doesn't have an AI feature at this time
We use SAP Cloud ERP with these other products and the system works well with integrations.
