Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
Revenue recognition - We are using CPI for calculating the revenue recognition of orders used by RTR. I have worked on integration pieces as SAP basis lead and experience that integration was very easy between on-premise & CPI with well-designed dashboards and documentations.

The implementation of the CPI platform was smooth and easy to integrate with on-premise systems, good support from SAP throughout the project deployment and quick support. In our case, we have to actually spend 3-4 different calls to just understand how the integration works.
The workflows defined are great and improvement can be done on interface.
