Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform
We are using SAP Integration Suite for Integrated Business Planning. This allows us to forecast the products upfront. Currently, we are following a phased approach to deploying this at all sites. Hence it is not being used by all the departments. This allows us to plan ahead for the products that are being sold.
- It allows us to better forecast/plan well for the future.
- Automatic upgrades - Upgrading the system without initiating the upgrade.
- SAP is providing a solution for e-invoicing which is connected through the cloud enables users to verify the documents.
- SAP is also providing country based tax solutions which are providing support for business to be compliant with the tax authorities.
Our organization depends on SAP integration capabilities heavily. For example, we have integrated our corporate active directory with IAS for authentication. This along with SAP Fiori provides interactive mobile applications for the users. We are also benefited from this integration for applications like ARIBA, IBP, etc.
We are looking forward to further integration where we can use on-premise solutions like GRC integrated with the cloud to assess the risks across multiple systems.

Currently, we are in the process of implementing Chatbot in our organization where it can answer users queries without creating a ticket which in turn reduces the turnaround time.
