Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

We provide data analytics as a service (DAaaS) for energy asset management. SAP Integration Suite is central to all aspects of our product, from data hosting and management to data analysis and visualization. Using the cloud means that we are not limited by size or geography and we can offer our solution to any sized customer located anywhere in the world.

Pros

  • SAP Integration Suite scales to any size.
  • SAP Integration Suite can be deployed anywhere.
  • SAP Integration Suite does not have to be managed in-house.

Cons

  • There are different versions with different features and incompatibilities to keep track of (e.g. Neo, CF).
  • There are always small problems to resolve with any new and growing technology.
  • It has had a very positive ROI, our product could not exist without it!
Yes, we integrate SAP Integration Suite with a web-based application which is our product. So this integration capability is crucial to our business model.
We are currently integrating predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities into our product. Both because the use-case makes sense and because of customer demand. SAP Integration Suite makes this process seamless.
SAP Integration Suite is good for any distributed use-case requiring flexible resource allocation because resources can quickly be scaled up or down as needed. It is not appropriate for any case where an on-premise solution must be used (e.g. for legal or security reasons).
