Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, I use SAP Concur for monthly expense reconciliation for travel and food. Trainings and other expenses are addressed by the SAP Concur.

Pros

  • Identify the expenses
  • Load the receipts
  • Classify the correct account to post the expense report

Cons

  • I think there is room for improvement in SAP Concur because, in my opinion, the SAP Concur User Experience could be better
SAP ECC
SAP Concur has benefited the users at our organization because, in our experience, with SAP Concur it is Easier to identify expenses and not care about receopts
