SAP Concur Review

We use SAP Concur for our expense processes. We have approval workflow in play for leaders doing the approval step. At times, the employee structure is not updated and workflow bypasses the correct approver - up the the next level. The user base is in the thousands - so this type of scalable applications are perfect.

We use SAP and the integrations with the product work well for us. We are able to scale the product for the teams that sit around the world. Our integrations run on demand, so once approval steps are completed, we are notified of the results. What a gem this application is to use.

I feel that SAP Concur modernized a process that was in place for many years. Every time you can do that - you organization moves in leaps and bounds versus inching forward. We have had many ways to do this work in the past, but this has allowed one solution to fit all scenarios.

SAP Concur - simply said - has just made it easier. When you have a large company, it is nice to have a platform that everyone can use. There is delegate functionality within the tool, so we have a person that can help everyone complete the processes - especially if they are new.
