Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I work implementing SAP Concur for various organizations.
Problems are different rules for expenses and how to monitor that.

Pros

  • SAP Concur has Ease of use. In my experience, no training needed to use SAP Concur.
  • In my opinion, SAP Concur has Good analytics
  • In my experience, SAP Concur has Great integration to SAP

Cons

  • Analytics embedded in SAP
  • Still a cloud external tool. No notion that it is a SAP product
  • Transport management of configuration like SAP
  • SAP Concur has provided Great value to us.
In my experience, SAP Concur is quite intuitive.
