Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use SAP Concur for creating expense reports and booking trips, and managing my travels in one app.

Pros

  • Clean user interface
  • Good mobile app
  • Ability to scan expense receipts and create expense reports from it

Cons

  • Ability to select between billable and non billable travel in the mobile app
  • Some minor glitches are there in the receipt scanning functionality in the app
  • I use it as an end user hence not able to comment on the business aspect but as an end user it has made expense reporting simpler for me
