Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is used for travel booking for flights, hotels and rental cars. In addition to that after the trip completion, expenses are also submitted on SAP Concur which goes for audit and after successful audit, the reimbursement is done.

Pros

  • SAP Concur for hotel booking
  • SAP Concur for expensing
  • SAP Concur for rental car booking

Cons

  • I think SAP Concur flights search can be improved, doesn't always gives option like other websites like sky scanner
  • SAP Concur offers flexibility
I think SAP Concur search functionality and UI can be better
