Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
We use Concur company wide as our expense management solution.
Pros
- Links seemlessley with AMEX
- Excellent mobile application
- Great job cost capabilities
Cons
- Available job cost codes need to be project specific
- Concur / AMEX automatically disconnect from each other after a month or two - very frustrating
- Streamlines auditing process at month end
- Ease of use in the field
- Attaching receipts is super easy
We don't use any other Concur projects
Automation has been a huge time saver for us. We used hh2 prior the Concur and this has been a game changer
Rolling out any new platform company wide is always a challenge. Our team were onboard with Concur almost immediately.

Using SAP Concur
35 - We are a general contractor and have Concur users across all division - field, operations, corp etc.
4 - Concur management is split between our Project Coordination Team. The PCT manage the Concur users assigned to their projects. This enables us to troubleshoot Concur issues and manage costs specific to our own projects.
- AMEX Managment
- Cost Control
- Accurate Job Cost Reporting
- Huge upgrade from our prior program with hh2
- Ease of use in the field via the app
- Receipt management
- We have run in to some issues with Concur that are making us look at other options.
